Fasting Benefits
Fasting benefits Christians in a number of ways. Many Christians fast as part of their spiritual cleansing but did you know that fasting has healing and other benefits? It is a great opportunity to cleanse the body, especially since during this time you will be watching what you put into your body. When you break a fast, the best way to do so is by eating fruit. It gives the body time to readjust to eating normal food.
